What models of sneakers do we work with?

We currently work with the Nike brand and the Air Force 1 model. 

What range of sizes do you have available?

We have available from size 36 to 47.

Can I order my own custom sneakers?

Yes, for personalized orders you must contact us through our Instagram: zapping_es.

 

How do limited editions work?

Only limited units of each Zapping design are created. Therefore, not only will your sneaker be unique, but it will never be created or sold again, it will be unrepeatable.

Do you ship throughout Spain?

Yes, we ship to all of Spain.

Do you ship outside of Spain?

Not currently, but we are working to be able to offer Zapping to everyone.

How long does it usually take for them to arrive at my house once the order is placed?

The Zapping customization period is usually 1 to 2 weeks. Once completed, they will be sent by MRW within 2-3 days.

What payment methods do you have available? 

You can choose between several payment methods:

Cash on delivery

In cash, once the zaps are delivered in person.

Credit or debit card 

Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. For payment with debit cards or American Express, the charge will be made in real time.

Paypal

To buy with PayPal, select this payment method and click 'Confirm payment'. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately not, since each zapping is unique and is hand painted especially for you. 

However, if it is modified or canceled before the crafting process begins, yes.

Can I return the Zapping?

We do not make returns on Zapping Sneakers since the product is unique and is hand painted especially for you. For that, it is requested in advance to specify your product very well. Please do not hesitate to contact us at our email zappingsneakers@gmail.com for any questions or clarification.

I have a promotional or discount code, how do I use it?

When you get to the summary of your purchase *, click on 'Apply promotional code or discount'.

* You can only use one promotional code per purchase.

How long does the painting last?

The painting lasts approximately 3 years.

Do you have accessories for shoe care?

Yes, you can find them in the accessories section of the website.

Are they waterproof?

Yes, of course, the shoes are painted with a special paint designed for customization, so don't worry if they get wet.

Can I wash my Zapping?

Yes, of course, the shoes are painted with a special paint designed for customization, so don't worry if they get wet. We recommend the following care:

- Wash it with water at medium temperature.

- Use shoe cleaning accessories.

- To wash it, use a cloth, cleaning gently.
