CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Due to the nature of personalized items and the "handmade" factor, we cannot accept your return or size exchange. Pay close attention to the choice of size and model.

It is not possible to cancel an order that has just been placed, since once processed it immediately passes to our personalizing team that is in charge of carrying it out. Pay close attention to the choice of size and model.

However, there are some non-personalized items that can be returned.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Any return request must be notified by email to our customer service at the following address zappingsneakers@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after receipt of your order.

Returned products must be brand new and meet the following conditions:

- They are not worn and in their original packaging perfectly intact.

- They must not show signs of wear or use. Upon receiving the package, our team will evaluate the status of the returned merchandise.

- Returns will not be accepted if the returned product is worn, dirty, damaged and / or if the product is not suitable for sale, as well as if the returned product does not correspond to the original order.


Returned products must be sent in a separate shipping package to avoid damage to their original packaging. Your return may be rejected or compensation may be claimed if the original packaging of the returned product is damaged.

The return form that you will receive by email must be completed by you and included in the return package. The presence of this document is essential for the processing of your return. Our team will not process any package received without a return form or with an incomplete return form.

If your order has been delivered in Spain, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

RETURN PROCEDURE - FOREIGNERS

If your order has been delivered outside of Spain, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. After your request, you will receive an email indicating the procedure to follow. We invite you to read it carefully.



RETURN STATUS

If your return is accepted, the refund will be made automatically through the payment method used when placing your order, within a maximum of 7 days from our receipt of your return by our team. In the event of an exchange, the shipping time for your new pair may be up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return by our team.

If your return is rejected, our team will inform you by email or phone within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of your return. You will then have the opportunity to have your product shipped back to the address of your choice, at your own cost.
